The scalable operating structure translates to the potential for double digit EBITDA growth. The Company operates with a low overhead structure. Advertising expenses are variable, with very little upfront cost and additional advertising expenses are incurred in relation to actual interest generated to their site. Conversely, revenues for its consulting business, is based on sharing in their clients` increasing cash flow.
