Below are some key details of what this new installment" will include.

-Upgrades/Downgrades from stocks previously mentioned last week.

-High Alert stocks to pay special attention to for the upcoming week.

-Hints for new stocks that are about to be profiled but yet to be released. Our best Ivy Traders might figure it out and get in before everyone else to make a little extra money! -News about the website, including upgrades, new user features, and what we are working on to make it a better experience for you! We are currently working on updating our newsletters look and feel to make it easier to read, and find key information, as well as update our "mobile" website version which we just recently included to make browsing ivyleagueotc.com on your mobile device just as easy as on your computer.

TDGI has been upgraded this week to a "A+", as this company is making all the right moves, has a book value of over .10 cents a share, and has a management team that knows what they are doing.

Buzz is finally starting to spread across the investment community of TDGI`s hidden potential and we at Ivy League OTC think it is just a matter of time before this stock takes off into the stratosphere.

All stations are ready for take off, is the first thing that comes to mind when you look at this chart. Everything is up and ready to go -Accumulation has been steady and has just spiked up! This sudden spike in buying should continue to grow as momentum traders pick this up on their scanners.

-MACD just exploded above the signal line in one fell swoop. This is a powerful technical breakout which should garner a lot of attention for TDGI.

-Volume has more then doubled from the average and its all on the "buy side" meaning this move is powerful, this move is real, and most importantly this move is bullish.

-50day MA is well above the 200 day MA meaning that the long term trend is up, giving a lot of credibility to the quality of the stock.

-A long white candle has appeared suggesting this is just the beginning of the uptrend.

-Bollinger band break out has occurred. This is a rarer, and powerful indicator of a new bullish trend indicated by a candle breaking out the top of a bollinger band, and closing well above the band on a large amount of volume.

TDGI is shaping up perfectly, and we at Ivy League OTC believe TDGI will be one of the biggest winners of 2010. We expect monday might pull back slightly in the AM, as investors who weren`t able to watch the market during trading hours on friday, decide to take some of their profits.

We think this pullback will be the perfect oppurtinity to get in if you havent taken a position, or to add to your current one because TDGI won`t stay so undervalued for long.

Current price .045. Book value .10-.13. You do the math This one is a winner folks.ATNP has been downgraded this week to a "C". ATNP made members who bought in on dips two weeks ago a good deal of money this week, and as much as 30-40% for a 2 day hold if they got in during the lower range, but it also lost a few members money as well, as things began to slide off end week.

We at Ivy League OTC like the product, and think this is the perfect time for such innovations as gadgets like the iPhone take over, however ATNP management keeps disappointing us, and our members and we don`t like that at all.

We can accept a few mistakes , as everyone makes them but releasing a press release, and recanting it a day later is a little much for everyone at Ivy League OTC, and I think our members agree.

ATNP most certainly isn`t a dead stock, and has a lot of potential to move to .01+, but until management gets their act together we at Ivy League OTC will be extra careful with this one. There`s not much activity going on with the chart right now, and it does have a bearish tone. Until management claries things for investors we think a lot of sideways trading with a lot of volatility is to occur.

-Accumulation is starting to taper off -MACD continues to lose power -50 day MA is still above the 200 day MA showing the long term trend is still up -RSI is weakened at 40, and headed to over sold territory.

ONCI`s chart seems to be building slowly, after its long downtrend.

Volume is low, as investors wait for more appealing news.

We at Ivy League OTC still like the way this chart is setting up, and think a bounce could be powerful from these levels, as there`s no strong resistance until .42.

However, due to volume dropping beyond favorable levels we are forced to downgrade ONCI to a "C" as any sharp buying, or selling could quickly spike the price in any direction. Keep your eyes on ONCI as once the volume comes in this giant could awaken! Good luck Ivy Traders, we have another great pick for you towards the end of the week so stay tuned!
