AP Dow jumps nearly 900 as investors seek bargains

The Publisher does own 80,200 shares of CPPD that were bought out of the market. The Publisher does own eighty thousand two hundred shares purchased from the market (shares will be sold). The Publisher has be paid one thousand five hundred dollars by third party ,OTCNewtwork for one month of a six month MDOR advertisement at WillyWizard.com. The Publisher was issued two hundred thousand restricted shares on 2/3/04 (pre r/s), certificate number was 4428. The company has agreed to be issue eighteen thousand new restricted shares in exchange for the two hundred thousand shares and in order to cancel the certificate 4428 dated 2/03/04.   The company issued eighteen thousand restricted shares certificate 5126 dated 10/03/08 .   T he Publisher has been paid two million #144 restricted shares by Mediatechnics Corporation for a 120 day MEDT advertisement at WillyWizard.com. The Publisher does own common stock (165,000) MEDT bought out of the market. T he Publisher does own a stock position in WEHI, TYRIA, RDWG and CYRD.
